1. Who we are

Tech Talk Solution is a trading name of Tech Talk Technologies Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 16981460. Contact us at info@techtalksolution.co.uk or on 01254 315095.

2. Two different roles

Visitors and enquirers. When you contact us through this website, by phone or on WhatsApp, we decide how your details are used, so we are the controller.

Our clients' customers. When we answer calls, take orders or send messages for a business client, we process personal data on that business's behalf and under its instructions. That business is the controller. If you have a question about data held by a business we work for, contact that business first.

3. What we collect from you

Details you give us: name, phone number, email address, business name and your message.
Messages and calls with us, including WhatsApp conversations.
If you accept cookies: information about how you use the site, such as pages visited and whether you tapped to call or message us.

4. Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry and provide a quote (our legitimate interest in running our business, and steps you ask us to take before a contract).
To provide our services and manage your account (contract).
To meet legal and accounting obligations.
To measure and improve our website and advertising (your consent, through the cookie banner).

5. Who we share it with

We share personal data only where needed: with our own team and with providers who help us run the service, such as messaging, telephony, SMS delivery, hosting and analytics providers. We do not sell personal data.

6. Where your data is handled

Our team works from the United Kingdom and Pakistan. Where personal data is accessed from or transferred outside the UK, we put in place the safeguards required by UK data protection law, such as the ICO's International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum.

7. How long we keep it

We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected for, then delete or anonymise it. Data we process for a client is kept in line with that client's instructions.

8. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, restrict or object to how we use it, and in some cases to move it. You can withdraw cookie consent at any time using "Cookie settings" in the footer. To make a request, email info@techtalksolution.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

9. Cookies

We only set analytics and advertising cookies (such as Google Analytics and Google Ads) if you click "Accept" on the cookie banner. If you click "Reject" or ignore it, they are not set. You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" in the footer.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
