1. Who we are

Services are provided by Tech Talk Technologies Ltd, trading as Tech Talk Solution, registered in England and Wales, company number 16981460.

2. Service rates and billing

24/7 call answering is billed per hour of cover at the agreed rate, on agreed weekly or monthly coverage. Direct ordering and EPOS services start from £10 per week. Prices on this website are our current offer prices and may change; the price confirmed to you when you order applies to your order.

3. SMS marketing

Clients who send SMS campaigns using a custom business sender name must comply with UK PECR and data protection law, including having valid consent and providing an opt-out.

4. Cancellations and contracts

We do not enforce long-term lock-in contracts. Services can be adjusted or cancelled with written notice before the next billing cycle.
