A trained call-handling team answers in your business name, using a greeting and script we agree with you. Orders print in real time in your shop, and a dedicated support team is on WhatsApp for notifications and communication.
What does £3 per hour mean?
Call answering is charged per hour of cover. If you want calls covered for 6 hours a day, that is 6 × 7 × £3 = £126 a week. You choose the hours.
Do I need a long-term contract?
No. There is no long-term lock-in. You can change or cancel with written notice before your next billing cycle.
